COMMUNITY DUBB: AFRICAN YOUTH DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION

This season we have the African Youth Development Foundation, who are a non profit organization that encourages young kids and especially the youth to participate in the arts. They operate in Duduza and have been participating in many of the government workshops as part of an act, their most recent was a Sarafina choreographed dance routine done by young girls. They have been a great inspiration during the day having seen that not many acts take the Sarafina routine originally created by the famous Mbongeni Ngema as part of the youth struggle demonstration when the apartheid government denied the youth on 1976 freedom of equal education. the act as so far been exposed to a lot of counties abroad.
